PACKAGING

'Swallowtail Vineyards' is a fictional, internationally recognized, award-winning winery. While allowed complete creative control, the concept of 'Evil Underwater Beings' was born. Using the recognizable trident as the voice of the package, accompained by striking portrait shots of each mermaid personification alongside her protector. Each character reflects the assigned wine type, providing a sense of ownership and identity. With sands from the Emerald Coast of Destin, Florida, completely original photography and makeup production, this package is sure to turn heads and catch their viewers' attention. 

'Demitasse Creamery' is a fictional, locally-owned coffee and ice cream shop used as the constructive background for this specific package. Featuring an old school, creepy, yet enticing circus concept while using a bold, in-your-face color scheme. With the use of non-copyrighted images repeatedly playing off of negative and positive space, 'Demitasse' creates a vibe to embrace all aspects of unusual and out-of-this-world combined with a bit of humorous copy. I hoped to express through my overall concept to bring such an unusual lifestyle to light while leaving the viewer itching to come back for an enticing experience.  

'Starsla Boo' is an offshoot of an existing, well-perceived, national children's clothing company. The existing company was not revealed during this project, as they wanted the brand to be fresh, innovative and in no way stylistically linked to their existing brand. A more edgy, old-school 'Sailor Jerry' style was the direction and inspiration behind this concept. With the use of a bold and simplistically-illustrated bow, the viewer is able to recognize this brand wherever it may be seen. While sticking to the pink and blue gender color scheme, this package provides stylish, high-quality products, clothing and accessories for every little one with pinchable cheeks!
